1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 58 Jili platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 58 Jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 58 Jili Platform or any affiliated platform.

58 Jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 58 Jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

58 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be treated as authorized activity for the purposes of these Terms.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

58 Jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• 58 Jili does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. By depositing, you represent and warrant that all funds are from legitimate sources.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals.
• 58 Jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• 58 Jili reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on the 58 Jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

58 Jili may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 58 Jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 58 Jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All game outcomes on 58 Jili are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. 58 Jili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 58 Jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round may be refunded at 58 Jili's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58 Jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 58 Jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12. Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 58 Jili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
